Singh Dhaba and Family Restaurant
About This Spot
Singh Dhaba and Family Restaurant unfolds as a warm embrace along the bustling stretch of SH 37 in Baheri, Bareilly. Nestled amidst the rural charm of Richhola Farm, the setting invites travelers and locals alike to pause and savor moments of genuine hospitality. Here, the pace gently slows, offering a rare blend of down-to-earth comfort and purposeful culinary craft.
Walking into Singh Dhaba, you’re met with the simple joy of a well-loved local eatery where the air is filled with the comforting aromas of wood-fired rotis, simmering dals, and freshly brewed कुल्हड़ वाली चाय. The family behind the restaurant brings their own farm’s bounty to the table, grounding every meal in a connection to the land that is quietly evident in every bite. The atmosphere balances a welcoming intimacy with the lively energy of a place that’s seen countless journeys begin, pause, and refresh.
The experience here isn’t about rushing through a meal but enjoying thoughtful, hearty flavors that mirror the Punjabi roots of the kitchen. Whether it's the creamy, spiced paneer dishes or the rustic delight of makke ki roti and sarson ka saag, each plate invites you into a story of tradition and care. Guests find themselves delighting in familiar favorites alongside surprises like freshly made pakoras or a thick, mellow dal makhani—comfort food that carries the subtle mark of slow, patient cooking.
Cleanliness and care extend beyond the kitchen, creating a sense of respect for the space often absent in typical dhabas. The staff’s gentle attentiveness adds an understated grace, always checking in without hovering, making you feel like more than just a guest. It’s a place where even quick stops feel like moments of genuine connection, reflective of a family that treats every visitor as an honored friend on their journey.
For those traveling between Bareilly and the mountain towns beyond, Singh Dhaba serves as both a waypoint and a destination. It’s an invitation to pause, enjoy the quiet rhythms of farm-to-table Punjabi cooking, and tuck into food made with a lived-in love that only a family-run place can offer.

The restaurant was very good. The food was very tasty ...the cleanliness was good and above all the staff was excellent....each and every member was well behaved and very polite. They were always there to serve and ask if anything is needed and about the taste and quality of food which they had served . The waiting time after ordering the food was very less. The owner was also very polite. He was talking to the guests and the staff in a very humble way. They say goodbye with folded hands. You should visit this place if you want to eat good food and feel like home with such a nice environment. I am giving a 5 star rating to them.

Excellent Food and Decent Service. We ended up here luck by chance on our 2nd Visit after the First visit in 2024 similar time. They try to upsell the Home made butter but that comes at a premium cost. Owned and Run by a family that lives in behind the Resturant and makes food mostly from their farm. There's adequate parking. Wash Rooms are average and could've been maintained better.

This highway is full of Singh Dhabas but this one stands out. Their dining area is very cozy and well laid out. They have separate family dining spaces too. The food is tasty and hygienically prepared with variety of vegetarian and egg dishes. The rooms are okay too. Plenty of parking space and clean toilets.

A Must-Visit Dining Experience! I had dinner at Singh Dhaba & Family Restaurant, and the experience was simply amazing. The ambience is excellent, and even taking a ~800m U-turn to reach the place felt completely worth it! I initially planned to take only Veg Biryani with tea, but the moment I tasted it, I couldn’t resist exploring more dishes ordered by my family. I ended up tasting jeera rice, pasta, pakori, and even a bite from the special thali (with missi roti, naan, dal makhani, and paneer) — and genuinely loved every bit of it. The taste was delightful and truly reminded me of Punjab! My planned 30-minute halt extended to a full hour simply because of the delicious food. Service was excellent, quick, and the staff was very polite. The kulhad tea deserves a special mention — it was just awesome! The restaurant also offers ample parking and has both a common hall and private family sitting areas, making it suitable for all types of gatherings. In short, every penny spent was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Saradarji the owner of Singh dhaba serving food with joint hands and love. Food quality and taste is awesome. It's on the road going towards nainital from Bareilly. Kulhad tea is highly recommended.
